I have been serviced on my last six Infiniti’s and have never been treated so rudely as I was when I visited. The service representative who contacted me when I got to the drive-in was not very experienced she didn’t understand what I was saying. So he got somebody else who is more experienced and for some reason he told me that I had to change my tire in order for them to fix the flat tire sign that was on the screen. I just wanted the screen to be cleared. I didn’t want him to touch the tire because I had it fixed somewhere else. But he could not understand it and became very agitated and so did I. I told him he had nothing to do with the tire and this problem was only for an electronic resent. He wouldn’t do anything and was very rude. I drove around to the front door and ask for the general manager. I waited in the lobby and a service person came to me and said we can fix it we’ll just mention that the tire was fixed by someone else. In about 5 to 10 minutes he was back. I was very satisfied with him but the other gentleman needs some anger management classes even though he had worked in this business for 20 to 30 years. When I left him I called him a jack ****.

Someone turned my lights off and didn't say anything or turn them back on, if you turn lights off maybe you should inform the customer as a courtesy

Very friendly, but weren't able to patch a hole that was already plugged. Forgot to tell me about the recall situation with ordering a bind and the service tech didn't put a new sticker for my next oil change. Thankful for the car wash and the inspection, though.

Took my car in yesterday for maintenance and a detail and now the passenger air bag is off. Called Jared And he said there's no way it happened yesterday and he'd be happy make an appointment for me to bring the car in and let me know how much you will charge me to fix it. I'm pretty angry and at this point have no intention of ever returning to your dealership. The light was NOT on before yesterday and now it IS. Thanks for breaking my car.
