Ivette was great but I was the only car there and still had to wait as well as being told I didn’t have complimentary oil changes which I was promised when I leased the vehicle. It’s my 4th car with you and 6th that has been serviced there. When I leased the car I was told all oil changes would complimentary as indicated on my account but another area showed it was not covered. So Ivette had to go to finance and check.
I was over promised and under delivered and had less than stellar service with my last CRV and went to Honda World for my HRV and they were even worse so I came back. I’d still recommend the dealership but feel let down once again. This is probably my last Honda. At least the WiFi was finally working!

First of all ..my concern is not norm reevs in precise ..its honda claim and not honoring my warranty on my accord for having a damage part (pads and rotor ) in rear break ..I don't understand why ?? ..Kevin from the service dpt did a good job in spite of waiting too long ..it ends me paying for the service which I see it not fair at all ..
