I took my car to get fix at the Honda dealer and was repair with a new transmission which I didn’t like the service then I took it back cause the ac compressor needed to get fix and they were charging me 2,200 and I didn’t have the money so I didn’t get it fix then the compressor got completed stock so I took it back they diagnose it they charged me 150 dollars for something already new it was messed up then they tried to charge me 3100 to get it fix for the same problem they tried to charge me 2100 so I don’t know you guys seen me coming or what I’m disappointed with this dealer Honda in West Covina ????????????

Reason for my unsatisfactory experience at Norm Reeves Ford was the following; My Sales Rep. Daniel Sanchez failed to answer nor rerurned any of my calls. Due to his failure to contact me I was unable to have the repairs necessary performed on my vehicle. Seeing as my insurance only covers 5 days of rental, I needed my vehicle back ASAP. In addition at the time of picking up my vehicle, he was charging me a non-existent deductible. I had explained to him at time of drop off that my insurance rep. had informed me that there was no deductible applicable. The worst part was that I was charged a fee of $155.00 for diagnostics even though he didn't give me the opportunity to have the repairs done due to his failure to communicate. Please have Service Manager call me to discuss this issue. I would appreciate further assistance. Thank you
