When I arrive to pick up my car the bill was $400 more than I expected. Although Ashley said that’s what she told me on the phone when she called it wasn’t at all what I had written down. I was disappointed to know that changing all the fluids in my car cost the same amount of money as a new starter. I wanted to speak to a service manager who wasn’t available. Ashley did everything she could to try and help and took off $200. But the bill was still way more than it should have been or what I was told. She told me she text me the amount however when I showed him my text messages the text message was sent to me after I was told my car is ready to be picked up. I was very disappointed in the whole experience.
