Ivan is not honest. After I declined the service he recommended, he lied. He stated they could not turn off the "service tire mobility kit" notification light until the expired canister was replaced. That is not true. I generally don't mind paying $75 at the dealership for a $30 part that takes 2 minutes to install. But it won't happen if I have to deal with dishonesty. Very unexpected experience with Norm Reeves Ford, which has always been a great place to take my car.
