Wasted 3.5 hrs of my day and the issue was not resolved.
I asked if the bedliner could be removed from my truck and was told that I would be charged for the labor. I wasted over 3 hrs of my day, yet NRF couldn't perform a 15 minute job without charging.

In my past 2 visits my car has come back dirtier than before it went in for service. Today, my car came in having just been washed and detailed (by me) yesterday, and the guys obviously sprayed the window using the wiper fluid and ran the wipers, so when it came out there were water spots and streaks on my previously clean windshield. Last time (fuel pump replacement), the guys got greasy fingerprints on my cream cloth back seat. I had to make time to bring the car back and get that cleaned up, which ended up messing up the cloth itself - the only interior damage to this car to date...ironically caused by the dealership from which I bought the car new. I'm disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. If you're going to dirty my car, then clean it better than it came in, don't send it back out dirtier than it was before.
