I specifically scheduled an appointment for service and notified the scheduler what I needed. When I arrived to the service department, there were no notes relayed as to why I was there.
Not only did I need to explain my requests again, after explaining to the service writer what I needed done, I returned to pick up my vehicle and half of the service was not performed. The service writer then lied to me, whether intentional or not, the service was not complete. Why do you not want my business and money? Why lie?

I tried paying online through the portal, it did not state that it went through, so I tried it again. It then stated that the payment was duplicated. When I got to the dealer, my payment did not show through so I had to pay yet again when I got there. Now I paid and also have another pending charge for the same payment I have already paid for. So I am extremely frustrated to have to pay twice for the same service.
