My first time getting service done at this dealership was not the greatest experience (I found trash in my car left over from the service), but I decided to give them one more shot. Jennifer was very kind, helpful, and personable. Everything that needed to be fixed was fixed without problems and there was constant communication. My question is who’s responsible for cleaning your waiting area and showroom. I saw multiple customers without mask sitting for some time and walking around touching cars. And Looking in them without masks. In the few hours I was there on a previous visit last Friday. I saw no one cleaning. Asking people not to touch vehicles or asking them to put on or replace their masks on their faces
