My car was done promptly however I had to wait almost an hour to check out because the technician “accidentally” worked on my car when he apparently had to be working on another car instead. I sat on a bench staring at my finished vehicle for almost an hour. I advised my representative that it looked like my car was done but he proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t done and it still needed to be inspected. I watched my car for the next 45 min and nothing else was done to it. No inspection or anything! After I finally got the chance to check out my representative stated that the reason was because the technician accidentally worked on my car instead of the car that he was supposed to be working on. This is honestly very frustrating because as a customer it is not my fault or problem that you guys made a mistake. My representative was not nice gave me a not so nice attitude as well and was argumentative. I didn’t have the energy to argue but the situation was unnecessary and I hope that your future are not treated this way.

I found it very frustrating that I could not get a price on the 4 tires I need. She gave me ballpark and said it would be less. I did not understand why and the answer I got wasn’t satisfactory. Came down to the price of tire disposal and environmental fees and I was told 15%. But not 15% of what. This may be common practice; however I find it frustrating not being able to get a simple answer - how much will the 4 tires I PO ked out cost me out the door.
