Everything regarding the service was great, but the solicitation afterward was terrible. I bought my first car at Norm Reeves and several since yet when I went to buy my 2017 CRV I had a nightmare experience with your sales team and went elsewhere to purchase the car. Now I try to be loyal with service but your aggressive sales people now get all my details and start harassing me. I got an email, text and phone call from your sales guy within 2 hours after my service was completed. I asked to be put on don't solicit list. We'll see if that happens.

I was quoted a price of around 750 and when I picked up car they tried to stick me with a 940 bill. Did not approve increase. I feel I was lied to and deceived. And someone left a banana peel on front passenger seat.

Most of the employees were not wearing gloves and they forgot to give me the sockets for the tires and I had to get out of my car and ask for it, and when I call to make my appointment I asked what was the price for oil change and filter and rotation of tires and they told me that it was $55 and when I got there they charge me $81.97 so not happy with the price and on my receive a shows $79.95 so it doesn’t make any sense.. Not Happy !!
