The check in was smooth and Cheyne kept me updated of the progress of my vehicle while I wait. When my car was brought out, the person that delivered it was courteous and sanitized my door handles and steering wheel before I touched it which was awesome considering we are on a pandemic. Had an appointment for 11:15 waited almost 1hr to check in. They call me at 5:04pm to let me know that they count find what the problem was, when I told them what problem was. They told me they had to leave my car overnight and will be ready by 10:30, I think they just didn't have time to start on my car. How else would they know what time it will ready. Next day they called me at 10:31. WTF. They couldn't give me a renters because they didn't know what the problem was and rental service was already close. They waited till the last min to call me. Was ready disappointed and no car. Very extremly disappointed
