The times I’ve gone to Norm Reeves Honda from Cerritos I’ve been satisfied and beyond happy with the service provided by Javier Peña. Always making sure I leave happy and is always reassuring all my questions are answered. I even told him I made the switch from Downtown Honda to this location (Honda Cerritos). Christopher never called or text us back, even after the promised time. We were told it would take 2 hours max, which was fine, but we would’ve appreciated a call or text when our vehicle was ready. When we got back (30 minutes past the promised time of 2 hours), he ended up passing us to another man to finish up the service.
