I was told if I spent$480 it would stop my oil leak it didn't!! When I complained about it I was told some garbage about that was just the start! I just got screwed and that is what I will tell anybody that will listen for as long as I live!!!!

Trinity is the service tech we have trusted with all four cars. She gets us in and out and on our way. She has always been nice to our family of four Honda and Acura owners. We made sure with Trinity before purchasing our Acura that we could continue to get the same service on our new Acura MDX Hybrid as we have enjoyed on our Honda’s.

Raul was great. Very professional and willing to go over and beyond. The problem is that my car sat at your dealership for at least 5 days evidently waiting for a part . Another day because the latch didn’t work for some reason after they got the new part. So...now they need to get a latch. The car is doing the same thing that it was doing before I originally took it in. My husband picked up the car and didn’t check the mechanical aspects or the area that your mechanics worked on. And after that many days you would think they would have at least washed the car!! It is so dirty, how can you release a car after waiting that much time and not wash it?? Poor business. I have made arrangements with Raul to take my car in...again!! I’ll show him the damage, and to “fix” the original problem that wasn’t fixed as it is doing the same thing it did before I took it in... Raul is a great service provider, I question the people that worked on my car. My “trunk” area was completely different when I dropped it off, and some damage was done. I now have to take my car back on Thursday. Hope it will be fixed second time around. I am very very dissatisfied with the service. Susan M. Rubio-Allen ****-****-xxxx
