Dealership must improve quality controls checks before delivering to customers. I had to 3 more times to resolve after service issues. 1. To fix under carriage covers that were hanging and rubbing to the floor and causing rubbing noice. 2. High voltage battery coolant was not refilled and the vehicle halting with STOP message on the dashboard. Had to visit dealership twice to fix this issue alone. Mr. Iven is very helpful in scheduling appointments, shop floor must improve quality checks.

I understand that COVID-19 restrictions are going to be around for a while but I pay for full service and don’t understand why you can’t fill my windshield washer reservoir with washer fluid. The last two times it was filled with just water. I can go to jiffy lube for service like that
