I was completely embarrassed and humiliated by Julie. Worst service experience ever at Honda dealership. She charged me a different amount than what she quoted me. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she argued with me and raised her voice in front of staff in customers. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my 4 years of getting car maintenance at Honda dealership. I could go into details but there is no more to explain with bad customer service and rude behavior.

Jennifer was the only person who took the time to listen to what my car was doing. From start to finish her concern was putting me back into a safe vehicle and solving my problem not just beating around the bush. She truly had my safety in mind and updated me through the whole process. I ended up needing my center screen replaced and went through the whole Honda warranty process/investigation because the vehicles lane control was malfunctioning which took a week but I knew that it was worth it because I had a tech that truly cared. Once my car was finish she called me and told me to come and get my vehicle but before I did Jennifer had a mechanic test drive it again to make sure I was safe. At the end of the day Jennifer showed me that Honda is a reliable brand that can make things right for their customers and that kind of peace of mind is just what I need. Thank you again Jennifer!!
