Benito Torres is the man! He called after I left a message with the receptionist about my recall notice on our 2019 Pilot, he ordered the part, & set up an appointment for me! The fuel pump parts were changed out today in a matter of hours! It all went as planned! Thank you Benito for successfully carrying out the recall warranty plan!

Mr. Rossano Navarro was very courteous and he was kind enough to explain what services were done with my car this afternoon. I also told him that I have received a recall letter regarding 2019 HR-V cars and he told me that he will put an order for the part mentioned in that letter and that I should bring my car back so that you can do the necessary repairs. This was the second worst experience that I’ve ever experienced! The worst was the first time they serviced (installing running board after I purchased the vehicle from them). They dropped me and my wife at the mall while waiting for the simple service. My car was ready around 11 am,. I’ve told them that I’ll be ready to be picked up after lunch. At noon, I called Eddie (my service advisor) to have someone pick us up. I waited 30 minutes, then called Eddie back to see if anybody is coming. He said he will send someone right away. At 1pm, I called back to complain that nobody was here to pick us up. Eddie said he will come. Finally around 2pm, driver came to pick us up! Totally unacceptable!! I’ll never do business with this company again!!!! The WORST customer service ever! Yes, they waived $80 service fee…WOW

Brooke was very accommodating on letting me come in without an appointment for what seemed to be my battery going bad (it was). Once in they tested the battery, replaced it and got me on my way very quickly. I imagine there may be others behind the scenes to thank as well such as the technician who worked on my car.

Review: In a word: Considerate and comfortable. Oh yes and successful! It showed that You all care about the customers creature comfort: 1. From Sales to service techs stopped by to check to see if there was anything I needed. 2. Service advisor Offered a loaner for local about town travel till my car was serviced. 3. Hand wipes for the tables and face masks were available in the service area. Notable: 1. WiFi worked well. 2. General topic conversation was comfortable. 3. Restrooms were clean and accessible. something to consider.. Environmental stewardship....consider changing from the styrofoam cups to a recyclable paper cup. The styrofoam cup doesn’t degrade over time. Estimates for the breakdown of Styrofoam in the environment range from 50 to 1 million years. Depends on location where discarded. Rather than degrade, it breaks into pieces. It lasts forever as far as us humans are concerned. Styrofoam, a foam cup’s big ugly brother! It is made with polystyrene, a petroleum-based plastic, so it is not remotely sustainable. Just like with tin foil, Styrofoam does not biodegrade, meaning it just takes up space in landfills. Take away: Better to spend 4 hrs plus in the service waiting area as opposed to waiting on the side of the highway waiting on a tow truck. ( anywhere) Thanks people....Joe and Debra
