Miguel definitely gave me insight on caring for my car as it is 13 years old. I will be bringing my car in for all needed repairs as I was provided with estimate and will just have to take the plunge and get it done sooner than later. Superb service Miguel keep it up.

I had an appointment at 9am. I had to wait from 9 to 12 to get the 20 minute work done.
I understand you have to overbook since some people may not show up but 3 hour wait for 20 minute of part installation is too much.
There’s no point of making an appointment then.
Sorry, I’m not planning to come to this dealership for any more service.

I hate this dealership I will never come to this dealership ever again in my life and I work right next-door at CVS. John was great but whoever I saw after him was horrible at customer service and it was the worst treatment I ever had I don’t like it there. I will never be coming back there even though I have a Honda . I will tell everyone I know how poorly I was treated and how I did not get quoted for an inspection until I had to pay for it
