I was expecting a call back from Mitch Akers on 6/2 re: my Insight which has 17,000 miles on it and apparently was diagnosed with 1 bad rotor. . . Mitch and another service rep agreed that the wear for a new car is unusual. Mitch said he would talk to the supervisor and call me by noon on 6/2. I haven't heard from him. I called the number he left in the voicemail and it is "unavailable" (bad number)? Mitch told me he would talk to the supervisor about the rotor and I wouldn't have to pay for a replacement. I drive less than 15 miles a day in that car and it was garaged for 8 months during Covid. . .but the rotor is shot?? This is my FIRST Honda purchase. . .so far, I'm disappointed in the service, and quality of parts on the car. I shouldn't be paying for a new rotor this soon.

Rafael Gonzales Moran did a lovely job! I appreciated him seeing my car quickly as possible of which I did not expect. Rafael assured me that someone would service my car and get back to me with a detailed report and what was wrong with the car. Rafael did just that! He called and reassured me that my car was serviced and let me know the expenses of which to pay. Rafael explained the issue or what the potential issue could be and notified me along each step of which I was very appreciative for. Unfortunately my car wasn’t serviced fully due to a mechanic error and I received my car doing the same thing I brought it in for. Rafael handled my upset tantrum with grace and let me know if it was an error on their end he was willing to take a look and fix it Rafael reassurance wowed me and I have to say although I was inconvenienced he let me know that my vehicle will be taken care of fully When I returned for my vehicle a second time he was apologetic of the situation and brought me so much compassion and peace What an amazing employee Ford has!! Thank you once again!

Mr. Timothy O’Neil was super efficient, provided excellent customer service, gave updates on progress of what was being done to the vehicle and when it was ready to be retrieved. Mr. O’Neil knows house job and does it very efficiently in a superior manner.
