Mechanic assumed because he saw few drops of coffee around cup holder my E Parking break was broken when in fact after closer inspection by Manager Christina and mechanic Jo they found a a small jam between the EBrake before the manager double checked she educated me that the original mechanic said they found sticky residue inside the EBrake we found out after that he never took it part to even check man if I wouldn’t have started making a big deal they would have charged me for the EBrake as they wanted to before I talked to management. You guys need to be on your mechanics more sounds like laziness to me

I had an appointment at 10:00, got there before 10:00. Left Ford at 2:00. They did wash my car, and Rapheal was really nice, but 4:00 hours for an oil change is not acceptable. Whats the use of having an appointment, if you have to wait for 4 hours for an oil change. Granted it was a Friday, but maybe don’t book sooo many appointments. Very disappointing to spend my whole day waiting for an oil change !!
