Great customer service. Lilia checked me in quickly but I didn’t feel rushed at all. The service area was very busy but I could tell that she was focused on my issue. When checking out she even helped me with some questions that didn’t apply to the services I was there for. Very happy with my service experience today. I live in HB but had bought my previous car at Honda World so I went there for service for many years until their service department was not so great. That’s when I gave your location a try. Great service department! I’ve even bought a new car at your location because of your service department.

My representative was great, scheduling was easy and the service was satisfactory, but I found the new location quite uncomfortable. I have also experienced a notable increase in price over the last few years. I have brought my car to the dealership for service all these years due to your competitive pricing and frequent service specials, but at this point, it really doesn't appear to be as much of a value.

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. And while that was an easy experience I’ve had issues with service. The first which is me being charged for a tire rotation that didn’t happen (I caught it). However the service agent gave me a complimentary oil change for my next service. Fast forward to next service, I’m having a headlight issue (I was in an acccident and headlight had to be replaced through my insurance). Turns out it’s an OEM aftermarket headlight. Service agent says you need a factory headlight. I say ok, let me contact my insurance agent since I had gone through that channel for repair since I paid a deductible. Insurance agent tells me no problem we will make it right can you have the service agent at the dealership call me to verify. Service rep gives him the hardest time ever saying “we don’t talk to third parties” and “you should be ashamed for using aftermarket parts” etc. Mind you I’ve worked with this insurance agent personally for years. He felt very insulted as did I, and I’m the one having to apologies. Fast forward next service, oil change etc. I get my car back my rims are scratched. The rims are after market which I purchased with the car as a “wheels package.” No care was considered to the low profile tires when the vehicle was being serviced. Just run around hitting curbs like it’s a truck or something. Then I have to contact the service manager Kevin, who said their will have to be an investigation. Sent him the photos of the damage. 2 weeks later I hear nothing back. I call him leave him a message and he gets back to me and tells me to send them to his personal number. I’m like, what happened to the photos I send 2 weeks ago? “Oh sometimes we don’t get them on our company phones.” Oh gee well I guess I’ll just sit around and wait for you not to follow up with me about this costly incident. So he gets the photos, sets up the appointment to get them repaired.I bring my car in (hassle for me being as I didn’t cause the incident). Rim gets repaired, Great! I get the car back, valve caps missing. Can I get one service at this dealership without incident? Seriously been bothering me for months and I wasn’t gonna say anything but too many incidents have stacked up. I’m actually pissed. So what I have to order a pack of 30 valve caps now out of pocket just to replace my 1 missing one that a technician forgot to put back on? When does it end?

Danielle has always been professional and wonderful. I have been so pleased with Norm Reeves dealership.....I have 2 VW and 1 Honda And I was fearful going to a dealership for service due to over pricing and both service departments have come under other providers of car service... you have given me peace of mind and satisfaction time after time.

The text messaging was not very helpful. I sent texts asking for updates and she didn’t respond. I also called service department a few times and nobody answered the phone. If she answered the texts, I would have not made the phone calls. Overall the service was great. She explained the reason for the car issues very well. She took time to explain how it happened and what can be done to prevent it from happening again.
