Very bad experience. I never saw Jaryd personally. My wife dropped my car off as I was working and apparently there was much confusion about my scheduled appt because the greeter could not find my info despite her spelling our last name 3 times with an E. Took quite some time to resolve including multiple calls to my work place. This was after I scheduled online and received text and email confirmation of appt. This was after I called to inquire about the ordered part from my last visit May 12th. Was told part was in stock and offered no excuse for my lack of notification. NO email or text that part had arrived. Asked for a car wash on DOS. Saw car wash on order receipt. Car NOT washed. Finally, when at home opened tailgate and it crushed into my low garage door leaving the first SCRATCH on my new car. Apparently service reset my height setting to service car. I understand they needed to raise the opening of tailgate to service vehicle but totally unnecessary and NEGLIGENT to reset my preset and result in crushing tailgate into garage door. Bought my wife a new Camry 3 years ago and LOVE Toyota Escondido. Already regretting not going with a Rav 4. All of this is in addition to the fact that my "new" 2020 CRV needed a cosmetic repair when I bought it with 7 miles on it...
