After the frustration with Nissan suddenly changing thekr policy I was crestfallen but ford really took the initiative. Im happy to be driving a ford and I'll be retuening here for any future needs.

Although your rep was fabulous my 2016 Honda still is not working. I was told I might need a whole new system as they found contamination. What does that mean. Whatever they did made no difference in the hot air that comes out. Do with the warranty and even having the gap warranty on this 5 year old car I am not covered at all. It is a working component on this car and should be covered under the warranty. I am upset I have a 5 year old 30 year old car. I gave a 1995 Ford and the air runs great. What is Honda going to do about this 5 year old not working ac unit. Nothing and I am very upset.

My car came back dirtier than when it got dropped off. The interior was a complete mess. A shame that everything was handled to a satisfactory level (for now because I just got the car back so won’t have a proper look until later) except my filthy car. I’ve never had to go to a car wash after I spend $1700 at a dealership.
