$52 dollars for an oil change is a little excessive. As much as I like bringing my car to Honda to get it serviced, the cost to do so is becoming prohibitive. Your service fees are VERY high. I may have to start shopping around for better service deals. The service i had in December to change out fluids was close to $1000.00. I still can’t get over that!

I was able to resolve with the manager but definitely have felt the quality of your service decline over the last year. Julie was not personable and didn’t really follow up even though she was asked. My husband try calling her multiple times and calls were dropped. He asked for a total before work was going to get done and we never received it until the car was ready. What about if we didn’t have the money to pay for it. I bought my car with you folks back in 2008 along with getting service with you guys. My mom and my brother as well as multiple friends have bought or leased cars with you folks after I have referred them to you. If it weren’t for Victoria I believe the managers name was, I would have most likely not have returned. Last time I also had a bad experience after I waited over 1 hour in my car waiting for an associate to help me after having an appointment. I completely understand that staffing has been difficult but over booking and falling short in your customer service is what will cost you lots of business specially right now.

I called on Thursday to get an apportionment for Friday. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I left a voicemail, used the online chat to get a call back, waited a few hours and still no one called me back. I called a few more times and finally got through to someone. I got an appointment was told it would be done around noon. I dropped off my car at 8:30am it wasn’t done until 3pm and I only knew it was done because I had to pick it up. No one called me or told me it was ready. It was an easy recall fix that shouldn’t have taken almost 7 hours. The front desk is understaffed or not picking up phones.
