Trinity was so kind and extremely helpful! She also gave me a great estimate on how long it would take my car to get serviced and gave me a very thorough report on the services that were done/needed on my car. The only thing that left a little mark on my experience is that there was some trash left in my car (a plastic steering wheel cover and part of a paper floor cover) and my car was parked a little far from the service center when there was plenty of other parking close to where I was waiting. Minor inconveniences from my experience there this week, but just something to note.

She was very courteous and thorough. I did get annoyed that I said about a noise my car was making and after spending money on a battery, I was told that it was a normal sound. But I guess the car would eventually need the battery replacement. Other than that, great service. Thank you For getting the rental to do a thorough diagnostics.
