Almost 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Rafele was very apologetic and seemed like a nice guy though.

Appointment was made after getting confirmation on part availability and was told that everything will be ready to get installed. But after reaching on the appointment day and waiting for 3hrs at the service Center, I was informed that parts are not available.
