Very nice. I liked working with him because he did what he said he was going to do. I didnt have to chase him, everything was easy and my car is driving very nicely so far. He is headed into management!

Two things: the multipoint inspection isn't filled out properly. I was texted "Your call should be ready in about 15min" but never received a text saying it was ready. After 45min I went to check on it and it was ready. I didn't ask how long it has been ready but there's a misstep in the process there. Other than those two things it was great and will be coming back!
