I didn’t agree with the diagnosis and they promised gas replacement in my tank and they brought my vehicle to me empty.

Rafael turned a not so good situation around. The maintenance department was understaffed and behind schedule on appointments. But he never lost his cool even when everyone was upset. I was so upset about it taking over 30 minutes just to be seen for my appointment. But Rafael was able to turn it around. If it weren’t for him I probably wouldn’t come back for service. Huge shout out to Rafael!
