Employee did not want to check the car for any damages before to sign the paperwork to authorize the service. I didn’t like that because my car is not even a year old it is new no damages. What if something happened while is being serviced. He said the car was too dirty. It was dirty, but still you could see that has no damages on it. Another thing I saw my car driven to the parking lot after two hours , and nobody let me know that it was ready. I went to find out if the car has been already serviced. Please educate your employees not to discriminate people by their age. Thanks.

I had to wait more than 2 hours and a half for my car and was only offered one-way transportation.
The car had a LOW OIL PRESSURE notification when I was driving and the gas engine started.
The replaced tire did not present a screw-on cap (where we inflate the tire).
The car was not washed.

I had a 11am appointment. With an appointment I would think that meant my car would be serviced at that time. I was told there were 9 people ahead of me and it would be about 1.5 hour wait. How can that be with an appointment? I said I don’t need a car wash. He said that will save you some time. 1.5 hours later the car was ready and it was washed. I will take the car to Jiffy Lube next time.
Custer Service rep was fine. No complaints with him.
