Although Paul was very polite he failed to explain if there were any things I would need to do or not to do to maintain the protection of the protectant that was applied to my interior and or paint. Such as don't shampoo interior or is it okay to do so. Can I wax my car or will that affect the protect. Is there a warranty? These are all questions that I feel would have needed to be proactively given to be completely satisfied just saying

Car had CONSTANT delays .... Took 10 days for car to be finished and I was told car would be ready "tomorrow" 5 times (not even exaggerating) but through it all Arbenz Anton stayed PROFESSIONAL and gave me constant updates and was very down to earth.
