Your service took over 3 hours to complete a B1 service on a vehicle that has only 8600. That didn't the 30 minutes I sat in line because I was there early. Same complaint about my first service no time management. That's **** customer service since you don't know that. How the hell are you receiving awards for service someone needs to look into that sounds like a bogus award. Steve Mondoza was the only strong point of an otherwise weak service dept. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE DEPT!
