The location is convenient but the service members’ aren’t exactly the most professional. The manager sits in his glass box rarely helping even if there’s a line, other associates on phones visibly playing games, no acknowledgement of new folks waking in, etc. Simply saying “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” would go a long way.
