My service manager is Rafael Gonzalez but he was on r & r. I’m always skeptical because sometimes I’ve waited to be contacted by a service manager while waiting in my vehicle until Rafael can a long and change my perception. Ivan approached my vehicle with a smile and a “What can I do for you today”? I felt like I was cheating on Rafael ???? Ivan found a battery issue and I got the recommended services. I didn’t plan on spending over $500.00 for this visit, but Ivan told me what was wrong. I didn’t feel like I was being cheated and he was great!!! I feel like I was given options with Ivan coming to my window ????

I thoroughly enjoyed and pleased with my interaction with Sam. He is courteous and helpful. He did inform me about my upcoming car service due soon but not trying to up sale my with services that I do not yet need. I would be very annoyed if that had happened with this visit.

I spent 7 hours today/ lost an entire day of my weekend for the services I had done. I don’t feel the overall cost I paid was fair/seemed high and should have been discounted more considering I did multiple things. While I have continued coming to your location as I believe you are good about not selling me things I don’t need the time I spent today and cost I spent just didn’t sit well. My rep also did the minimum and checked me in, checked in once and checked me out.

I went in because the tire pressure low light came on. The left rear end tire had a nail, which I was not aware of until it was checked and I was advised. I didn't have an appointment and Joseph the manager was gracious and approved to have my vehicle serviced. I usually call to schedule an appointment for service, however, I was concerned since it was a tire. Also, while I was waiting for Juan Luna to write up the service slip, I asked Joseph Hyunh, the manager, if he can help me with synching my cellphone to my car. Immediately, Joseph said yes. Joseph tried for about 20 minutes to sync my cell, to no avail. No fault of his. Joseph advised several options. Which I intend to try. Thank you for your excellent service!
