My service representative was fine. He was not the problem. After I retrieved my car I was having problems resetting the controls because they had to do a factory reset on my computer. I called the dealership, left a voicemail, agreed to correspond by text message, sent four text messages in the next 30 minutes and no one ever got back to me, So I ended up leaving without getting the help I needed. I do not believe I will be returning to this dealership.

I had a nail in my tire and when I pulled up at 7 AM to the service area without an appointment the young lady that was receiving me at the first stop area told me that they weren’t excepting any service request for that appointment. I told her to let me speak to a manager because it was a safety issue with me driving my car so I wouldn’t get a blowout on the road and that I bought my car there And should be helped Because I was worried for my safety and that of others on the road. My service manager was wonderful and said it was no problem and that I could have my tire looked at. He was the best part of my interaction when I first got there.

Every time I’m there to pick up my car, there isn’t a good system to have someone help me other than just stand in the way and wait for someone to acknowledge me. Also, my car is always “just out front” but it never is. It’s always on the farthest side of the parking lot and i have to go searching for it.

Juan Huezo made me feel like I had no other choice but to do all the services he said my car needed. He told me if I didn’t that my cars warranty would be void which wasn’t true. He also told me that he’s had people that didn’t listen and they ended up having to pay $1700 because their warranty was void for not listening to recommendations. I felt threatened and harassed to do what he said.
