Trinity has been great keeping me informed about status of part that is on order. I appreciate the loaner car for a couple days. I am however uncomfortable driving mine now while waiting for part to arrive. The missing part protects the bottom of engine so driving now without it puts the bottom of engine more at risk for damage. This negative review has nothing to do with being unhappy with trinity but rather the fact I have to drive my car with a missing part.

Anthony Ortiz he is so awesome checking on the customers and Ivette Rodriguez wrote up the paper work and during my waiting she kept me updated on my vehicle. When my car needed service I found out that Anthony was transferred to Huntington Beach and I came to Huntington Beach, that’s how excellent he is and I live in Compton.

Cameron was outstanding…my vehicle and the management there after were lacking…it was delivered broken and Mario had it on three occasions (once for 3 weeks ) and couldn’t fix it…I finally had to take it to my local Jeep…Max (I think is his name is trying to make it right after 7 weeks of a nightmare with helping with my first payment which doesn’t even cover my rental I’ve paid a week and a half for. Cameron is the only reason I would recommend you but the management and service were horrible and awful and really the worst!

No I am not happy at all! I got my car in 2019 and ever since I’ve taken my car for maintenance there is always a problem. Either something has been broken in my car by an employee while servicing my car or something personal of mine has been broken as well and no action is ever taken. I took my car this Thursday 24, 2021 and something personal was broken something that was special to me and I informed the person helping me with my service and all he said back was a joke towards my personal item that was broken. I don’t think that’s professional for Mr. Miguel Cabrera to do. For the first time I decided to do a tire rotation and brake service now my car all of a sudden has 5 warning problems. I am paying for my car to be in good condition not to get it back with a bunch of whole problems. I am extremely upset and not happy with Norm Reeves Honda!
