Everything went well, Trinity was really nice and respectful. As a new car owner, the only thing I wish went different was the explanation of the services I was being charged for. I went in thinking I needed just an oil change and other services were added to my bill without proper explanation of what each service was for. One service was dealer recommended but I was not given the option, nor asked, if I wanted that service or not. It was simply added to my bill without my full consensus. It wasn’t until I was waiting in the lobby and read my full invoice that I went up to trinity and asked what that was for. She told me my car didn’t really need it but it was recommended. If she would have explained that to me prior to me signing the invoice then I would have been less upset with my service. But knowing that there are many people who aren’t experts in cars it makes me question if I should return to Norm Reeves for service or simply find another Honda location that does care about it customers. I’m not saying Trinity wasn’t great, but it would be great if Honda would take care of its customers and actually explain the services they are asking you to pay for instead of just listing them on an invoice and expecting you to pay such amount. There is no need for a representative to call me, just wanted to share some feedback from my experience.
