Overall the experience was ok. I did have a few issues. The time spent waiting to check in and check out was pretty long. On the tire they replaced they did not put back on the custom Valve stem cover back. Which was noticed by myself and found before I left. After getting home and looking at the car I noticed at first what looked like the rim was damaged from being replaced but it was debris from the chemical used to replaced the tire. Could have been wiped off. Getting to the front of the car there was a greasey hand print on the front bumper by the hood. Next to the hand print looks like a chip in the paint were a possible tool had fallen and struck the bumper. I know these were not there before serves was completed on the car because it was washed and detailed before the car was dropped off.

Your rep wrote down items that she claimed to be needed. I read and let her to go ahead and do my regular oil change on the list she wrote down but not the tire rotation since I get free tires rotation where I bought them. So I sat there for almost 2.5 hours. I came in before 9:00am my appointment. She said 1.5 hours fine. After 1.5 hours I went to her to inquire. She then said 1,5 to 2.0 hours. She also said if I want my car wash it will take another 20-30 min. So I said no car wash. 30 min later around 11:20 my car was driven out. I found out they only did oil change. Not what she wrote down on her sheet. We obviously had some mis communication. I only exclude tire rotation but everything else she had written was fine. After all that wait it was a simple oil change? I came in early enough for my appointment. Ppl were hardly coming at the time. After all the missed communications a simple oil change shouldn’t really take 2.5 hours. I suspected since she took it as an oil change is nothing really that important and I was placed at her last list of the 9:00 am although I had appt? It sounds to me just because she thought it was just a simple oil change a customer is not that important. So I was placed at the Las of Her list. An appointment is an appt. it doesn’t matter if it is a simple oil change we made appointments and should be placed as made not bec it was a small commission on her part being a small job of an oil change. I was dissatisfied. I’ve had my car service at your facility for many years. I can see the so much Changes due to commission structure based your employees income. It’s getting worst.
