I was happy with the service as far as fixing the condenser on my air conditioner as it was under warranty. After my car was worked on however, something was dragging on from the undercarriage of the car which I had to manually push back up and in. I believe that they did not finish the job or secure that piece to my car adequately. It's not happy about that.

I went there for low tire pressure. The staff told me it was a nail in my left rear tire but couldn’t fix it I had to change the tire ! They charge me $230 for one tire!!!. Luckily my boyfriend with me, we didn’t want to pay !! Too expensive; my car only 2 years so we went to Tucker tire in Covina. We were waiting so long because of a lot of customers but worth!!! They could fix my tire I paid only $20 !!!!!! Can you imagine how terrible Honda did to me !!!I won’t go back to use the service any
more. I am a good customer since I bought car from them. Now one , no more service or buy from them. Thanks .

Tony Lagos is an asset to Norm Reeves HB. My car needed to be towed to your business and he offered to stay late and be there when the tow truck dropped off my car (just a little after 6 pm, your closing time). I told him to please not wait and go home as he worked all day and nobody likes staying after hours. He called me first thing in the morning after he assessed my car and was honest with the repairs that were necessary. I appreciated him not trying to up sell me on the repairs that weren’t really necessary at this very moment. He did suggest other maintenance that should be done in the future. He relieved my anxiety and developed my trust in your dealerships service department. Congratulations, you just got a new service customer.
