2weeks ago I took my Civic Honda 2020 for maintenance of B 1 2, Drove it to work after the service was done, came off work at 12Am. Of course all my windows were close. , in the morning it was not that cold , roll my window down , and that is when I have noticed the scrapping sound on my left & right tire. The maintenance called for, Tire rotation & Oiil & Filter change and they did check everything that Honda need to check for maintenance. OF course I was disappointed then bcoz , out of my hectic schedule I have to bring my car to have it check that scapping sound on the wheels. Honda tech. Checked it and said only the Hob cap need to be adjusted, so they did. Drove my car tto work. The scrapping sound was not resolved. Just moderate that. I Can leaved with, bcoz I don’t have much time to go back and forth . I drove it like that with my window close so I would not hear that scapping sound. Until last December 14, 2021, when I come off work at 12 Am , with my window closed. And it was raining as well, , I could HEAR that LOUD scapping sound that I was so SCARED to drive it. I almost called my Triple AAA to TOW my car. The only thing that, I did not DO iT , bcoz when I checked my Dashboard it did not show anything that I would risk my self to Dive it. I drove it home in less speed with my Flushing Light On. After driving it for about 15-20 minutes the scrapping sound seems have decreased in sound. On the morning of December 15, 2021, I called Honda Dealership in Vista way were I bought my car and have my maintenance done. They were nice & told me to bring it so they. can check it. I arrived at 2:15pm. Mr. OMAR took me in , & Reassured me the Tech. Will have it check whatever that causing that sound. I was in Honda Service for about over 2 hours. Mr. OMAR said, they checked it and the Technician drove it .Mr. OMAR said the scapping sound is resolved and the car is safe to Drive. He did not exactly EXPLAINED. What is causing that LOUD scapping sound. I drove to work and so far I heard no loud scapping sound on the Tire. I will drive it home 2nite when I come off work at 12Am . Hoping I would not hear that loud scapping sound. I was HAPPY. That they squeeze me in so the Technical can checked it.

We always request Arcee as our service advisor. He is very thorough and always keeps us updated on our vehicle repair process if it takes longer than expected.

Didn't like the long wait I had an appointment the day before but do to the heavy rainfall I called to cancel anyway I spoke to young lady named Roxanne to cancel and to reschedule she Saud I could bring g my ca I. The next day between 10 and 12 I got there a line after 10 and ended up waiting 3&1/2 hours thank you
