I had mentioned that I left my phone at home and the service representative said he would look for me in the customer waiting area. My vehicle was promised at 9:45am but took another hour to complete. When I spoke to him close to 9:45am he went to check on my vehicle in the service area with the mechanics and found out my vehicle had not been worked on even though I was there at 7:10am. If there is a delay, I should have been notified. There seems to me a break down in communication between the mechanics and the service reps….. I was very disappointed today.

Every interaction I had, starting with making the service appt, has been mediocre at best. Even the auto generated text messages are unprofessional. The service advisor couldn’t even put their name, all messages are signed “Your Alias”. I will not return to this location for service or for a vehicle purchase. I would rather be inconvenienced.
