I bring all my services here and was not even given a discount if I gotten the work done here . It was pricey so I need to do homework search to see if you are giving me a fare deal . Also I waited 5 1/2 hours for you to tell me about a part I needed was not in stock at dealership and to tell me it was electrical problem which I believe that could have taken 2 hours but took about 5 1/2 hours . To give me disappointed ?? news . Also ask if I be safe driving the vehicle and the answer was yes don’t drive to fast and brake fast ?????????? . What does that mean ???? .

Rudy was great he took care of me!! I took my vehicle in for an oil change ( which they forgot to do after seeing the tech) and there was another problem for them to look at, the Technician said he reprogrammed the car and it was all fixed WELL I need to take it back tomorrow because it was NOT fixed and ANOTHER problem arose TWO DAYS of being in the service department not my choice of fun one week before Christmas!

I went last week for an oil change and tire rotation and I left there with my car unsafe my plate came down on the freeway I had an elderly lady with me handicapped woman and another lady with me it was scary it was unsafe and when I went back for them to fix it as in replace it because it was horrible they asked me if it's okay to put two pins that were missing and bang out my plate where it would not be safe again very disappointed
