I know I did not have an appointment but it would’ve been good to know that nobody can touch my vehicle for the first 6 to 7 hours of having possession of it. After six hours I called for a third time to get an update just to find out no one has touched it. I could’ve gotten many things done and brought it over to you six hours later. I need to pick in my car after 6 1/2 hours I would not be in touch and taking it to work. I understand that I could not be touched for that long but someone should’ve said something. I was home Carlos all day for no reason.
