Joshua was such an excellent service rep. He was so personable and caring and made sure to accommodate me with a free car rental so that I don’t have to wait
the whole day at the dealership.He explained all the charges very well and made sure that I am well informed about the charges that were incurred.I asked Josh what time he finishes work since I returned the car at around 6pm& was there at 740am. He nonchalantly replied that he does the 12 hr shifts Mon -Friday or 5x/ wk. I was impressed with his work ethic.It seemed he was the only one left working at the service department. I’m so glad I met this very hard working,dedicated person. I myself work in the service industry as a nurse. I hope you have more Joshuas at Norm Reeves.It was a pleasure have him as my service rep.

I had my appointment set for 7:20am, my car was not looked at until 11:05am and my car was ready at 3:00pm just for a tire change. When I picked up my car a couple hours after that the dash lights went back on. My issue is still not resolved after almost an entire day at the Norm reeves Honda dealership in Cerritos. I entirely rely on my car for work and they said it cannot be seen until Monday.

I was over charged 2 times for the service they provided I tried to fix the problem 3 times and the guy never called me back after leaving massages and calling customer service after trying those 3 times I just had my bank deal with that problem.
Other then that I’ve always had a great experience getting my car service in this location
