After dropping off my car at 8:55 for service, I was told to go to the curb n wait for the Lyft ride to take me home. I waited 30 mins n it was cold that morning. I went inside n inquire about my ride n they forgot to call for 1... smh
They call for Lyft right away n within 5 mins, a Lyft driver showed up. This was my 1st Hyundai experience

I had been dealing with an ongoing, frustrating issue with my car for MONTHS. Finally, working with Raul, I was able to get it resolved. It should not have taken so many attempts but it is finally fixed and my car drives like new without the faulty part. I credit Raul and his manager with the repair because he finally listened to me and worked with me to get to the bottom of the problem.
