My glove box was not properly reinstalled as it fell off when I tried opening it(I alreadyhad left the dealership) . I reinstalled myself later. I hope my oil change was not handled in the same matter as my glove box.

Jacob Wu went above and beyond to help us with a very difficult situation (catalytic converter replacement but parts on back order). He understood that it was critically urgent for us to get the car fixed as possible and helped us to deal with our insurance company. He kept constant communication great job with follow up.
