I was not aware of emails being sent during the time of service. I found after the fact that there was a "yellow" status on my coolant. Had the communication been by text, I would have been aware that there was an additional service I could have had done while I was there.
I will have the service done during my next visit, but being informed when checking in would have been appreciated.
Overall, though, I have been satisfied with your service.

Jacob exceeded my expectations with today’s service appointment. He called me to inform me that my headlight’s DRL was burnt out and said that it was still under warranty. The car had not come in for this service but I appreciate the attention to detail. My vehicle’s service was completed quickly and without any issues and my headlight assembly was replaced for free. That’s what I call going above and beyond. Thank you
