I made a clear statement of what was wrong with he car, confirmed with the service personnel that they understood. Called me the next day saying it was done, I asked to confirm and told them what to test, the tech told me it was fixed.
When I went to pick up the car, the problems were not fixed, I told the manager and techs and they confirmed it was not fixed and I had to leave the car again.
Next day I received a call saying that a part was to be changed but there was no spare part because of backorder.
Sat nav doesn't work, speaker was not working (fixed during the visit) and two other problems were not found.
All of this on a supposed top of the line Attlas, 1 month old after 2000 miles.
Hopefully it lasts the lease period or I get a discount on a car with failures.
