Armando was great. He listened to my concerns, documented them well and had his technicians attempt to replicate the issues. Unfortunately, the issues we had on our car or not always easily replicable as they relate to the infotainment center and sound system. This is a known issue on our vehicle and hopefully can be addressed by Honda.

Mark made sure the repel got done and helped fix some other issues also - having Karr eliminate the horn beeping when locking with the key fob and adjusting down the front end alert system sensitivity - so we didn't have to come in a second time, which would have been a ****.
