I had an appointment and had to wait almost an hour after that appointment time before anyone came to talk to me about why I was there. What’s the point of having an appointment if I don’t get seen at that time or close to it?

Elmo was amazing! He has great customer service. They messed up and did not have the part to complete the job. I had to leave my car overnight. Elmo was off the next day. The next day was the problem. I had to call 4 times to know the status of my car. Supposedly a team member named Ruben was supposed to take care of me. I kept calling to find out the status of my car. When Elmo was there he called and texted me to keep me updated.
