My issue was not with Armando, but Honda’s training and mechanics.Many times after I get my car serviced ( even though I remind them to check it) I leave and when at home the next day it tells me my tire pressure is low , or needs oil, righ after a service. The mgr. Kevin spoke to me in detail about it and explained that the cars need to be driven for 5-10 minutes on a freeway to recalibrate. Why don’t you have your mechanics do something or have the service people trained with this kind of information. Why do I have to continue to waste my time always having to come back after a service?

I came in for a simple oil change - i dropped off the car a day early from my scheduled appt and while not planning to pick up the that same day, they got the job done anyway, along with checking the tires for rotation needs and topped off the fluids.
