Good experience. I was asked to do a break fluid change upon my arrival. I declined. When receiving the car inspection papers, it turns out my break fluid was completely fine. I don't appreciate this type of pressure sales.

Just called to complete a service that wasn’t done. Was told not taking walk-ins but didn’t the lady didn’t ask if I would like to make an appointment. Basically refusing my service and didn’t not want to help. When I tried making an appointment the website is not user friendly.

My service advisor was great. But I was not impressed with how the gentlemen that drive the cars in and out for service conducted themselves. They drive the cars too fast and some don’t wear their masks completely over their noses. I observed them, about 5 or 6 of them, all taking a “break” outside of the service office and most weren’t wearing a mask and they weren’t pulling cars out. Don’t know if it really was their break time but once in a while one of them would go grab a car and bring it out. I waited over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation, the longest I’ve ever waited. I understand it was a busy day, but I showed up early to my appointment and was one of the last cars to leave.

Julie was great and especially on providing options and what needed to be done. We did not have the work done that was recommended due to high costs. We are now looking at purchasing a new car. I did mention that would have been nice to have her refer or have a salesperson speak with me.

Over the phone I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours and once there it was almost 2.5 hours. That is way too long for a simple oil change, when I'm a Senior citizen and have special needs.
As far as Trinity, she was professional, polite and assisted me with my needs.
